"At the last minute (day before) my accommodation was cancelled & I was given 2 alternative options, given the lateness I opted for one, it was good, but the instructions to enter underground car park & accommodation was extremely very poor, resulting in me getting very stressed & having to phone the letting agent, wasn't happy at all, they apologised & said they'd get back to me, after they read the instructions of an email I got, still awaiting their reply. Disappointed"

"The staff were very welcoming straight from when we arrived. The hotel was clean and the decor was nice, with a really nice restaurant, the Hudson attached to the hotel. Our room was clean and nicely decorated making it comfortable and modern. The location was brilliant with easy walking to all the bars, restaurants and shops. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. "
