The only good thing is the location of this hotel. It's a four stars hotel but the person at reception didn't even ask me my name or welcome me when we arrived, simply told me it wasn't time to check in (which I knew) and made it seem like a favour to leave our bags at the hotel until check in (a service I knew they provided but was not offered until I asked). Then basically we had no other conversations with the staff. Checked in online giving them information they should already have from the booking via expedia and even got a check out link!! So basically it's expensive and there's 0 service. The location is the only reason to stay at this hotel. Waking up with the sun and seeing the river was amazing.
