"The view from this property is just spectacular. It has a comfortable and large balcony/deck. The bright living room is surrounded by windows which provides for breath taking views. The property itself is in a great neighbourhood, well placed for access to Stresa and surrounding area. There is a nice trail if you want to walk into town and it takes about 20 minutes."

"A great experience-- asked for a balcony room and the staff delivered, have never had such a large terrace! Room 101 was comfortable but that terrace is something else! It's as large as the dining room underneath, contains 2 lounge chairs and a table for 4. It was such a pleasant place to watch the light change over the lake. Very quiet at night with good restaurants nearby, and only a few steps from the Ferry Dock. Highly recommend staying on this pedestrian-only island."

"I would recommend this place to a friend going to Stresa. A comfortable apartment, well located and relatively reasonable price. One important point is that the checkin is at Hotel Meeting one block down the street. If one does not know this one would have trouble. Expedia should do a better job of making this clear and I think Villa Maurice or Hotel Meeting should send an email explaining this to everyone who makes a reservation. That is my only criticism."
