"This is my 5th or 6th stay here and it is my go to motel in this area. I feel safe, welcomed (at 1 am) and get a good night's sleep every time. I particularly like this room as it was on the freeway side but the heating - cooling system allows for continuous fan such that it provides an ambient noise level sufficient to render the freeway noise a non issue. Also, because continuous, the on/off system cycling like at other motels/hotels, which is disruptive to sleep, doesn't happen."

"The first room given had been used and unclean. I’m guessing because the bed was unmade. In the second room the bedbugs didn’t even wait for the lights to go out. They refused to even give me a receipt proving that I checked out shortly after checking in. I have pictures and videos of multiple bedbugs coming out like sharks to blood. THIS IS ROBBERY ON A DIFFERENT LEVEL."
