We nicknamed the front desk guy, Happy Snappy.
He truly made you feel welcome. He went over all aspects of our stay including inquiring if we would like a wake up call and giving recommendations for both food choices and sightseeing in the area. The room was very clean and comfortable.
Sunday morning we noticed a manager pleasantly manning the breakfast area and helping with the front desk. I asked if he had had an employee not show and he said no, she just needed off and he had offered to cover. Everything was well taken care of and he seemed to also really be a happy person.
