"The hotel is about a mile outside of downtown Lancaster with a lovely view of the mountains behind the property. The interior looked a bit shabby and the dark color scheme made it feel old. Most of that is cosmetic though. Our room was clean and comfortable. The grip bar in the bathtub was missing, but everything was in good shape otherwise. The fitness room was surprisingly large and well equipped (although the carpet and floor mats have seen better days). Staff were friendly and professional....

"We could not have asked for a better experience. Went with a group of 5 for the eclipse and it was spectacular. Spotless and gorgeous cabin. Room for all and to spare. "Everything was immaculately clean. The area is beautiful. Reservation and check-in went very smoothly. I highly recommend. My only concern is that the distance from the tent to the parking and the bathroom facilities was not communicated clearly. I am moderately fit and, for me, it was a 7-minute walk (including a short but steep hill) from the closest parking to the tent. And the bathroom was 3-4 minutes beyond that. There is no water source at the tent. Just FYI. "
