Very nice hotel and we were able to park near our room. There’s also a pool in hot tub and a fitness center and a game room in the hotel so it is laid out very nicely.

Really liked the pleasantness of the staff and his personal attention to the front desk as well as makong sure everything was ready for a good breakfast. Seems like a family run place Nice!
Visiting the most handsome horse I've ever known and watching him Atlanta equestrian event. Then worked at spoiling him rotten!

The breakfast choices here were numerous, more than any other hotel we have stayed in that offers a free breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby is beautiful, featuring a lovely fireplace and seating areas nearby, allowing guests to enjoy the warmth. We were very pleased with our stay and would stay here again.

The location was perfect but the room was very outdated and dark. Rug was full of stains and pull out couch mattresses were so old, stained, and extremely uncomfortable. Staff was very pleasant.

Overall was a comfortable experience. rooms are spacious, and property is fairly well maintained. the staff were helpful and friendly. this is a solid 3 star hotel but for the area its the best around. Great value stay. nice amenities- pool, game room, outdoor kids area, breakfast, large walkable grounds. just 3 minute drive to downtown area with restaurants and shops. 7 mins to Santa's Village. Perfect for ATV overnights, just a short 30 min drive to North Country ATV trail head parking.

We stayed one night. The room was great for what we needed it for. The shower water didn’t get hot but wasn’t freezing at least. My only complaint would be that it didn’t appear that the lower level back door locked after a certain time. Everything else was great

I was a little hesitant to book the Cabot Inn after reading some of the reviews, but I’m really glad we gave it a chance. Check-in was quick and easy, the room and common areas were clean, and the complimentary breakfast was actually better than expected. The best part was how close it was to Santa’s Village — super convenient, especially with kids. It may not be a luxury hotel, but it was comfortable, affordable compared to surrounding locations, and perfect for our visit.

I stay at this hotel was wonderful. The staff were gracious and kind and the check-in process was easy. The facility is a bit dated, but not unexpected. Facility was very clean. I would stay here again.

Very close to Santa’s Village the front desk staff “ Hattie” was phenomenal. The hotel was perfect for our weekend family trip to Santa’s Village. We had 8 adults and 7 grandkids. When we checked in Hattie got us as close together as she could. The kids enjoyed the arcade and pool. The breakfast was very convenient for all of us. Just a great place. We will be going back there again next year!

Beyond the comfortable bed, clean room, and wonderfully hot hottub (open most convenient hours), recognition goes to front desk gent Harry. He was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. After a long day of travel, such a person is a welcome encounter. May his managers read this.
