"Wonderful staff who want to make your experience the very best. Go for the breakfast! It is simply the best. Some of the rooms need updating. We stayed here three different times. Lower interior rooms are sub par. The reception staff will try hard to upgrade upon request. Again, the staff is the best asset of this hotel. "Excellent hotel. Better than some 4 star hotels we stayed in.Initially We booked only 3 days but after the first day decided to extend our stay to all 9 days we visited Warsaw. Except from being somewhat oldish, in every other aspect the hotel was great. Clean, specious room, excellent breakfast to our taste, and great location 4 min. From Wilenski station with metro,tram, busses and suburban train. Only one station ride, to the old city center."
