"This place is awesome! It’s an older Motel. So block walls and vinyl floor! But you can’t beat the location! "

"The building was built to look like a colonial home turned into an inn, and it definitely does. High ceilings, beautiful hardwood floors, and antique-style furniture really gave it the look and feel of an older home. The keurig in the room with Starbucks k-cups is a nice touch. There were a few small things that could’ve been nicer, like a water spot on the ceiling, chairs that were so worn out it felt like you might fall through, and spots on the walls that had been patched but not repainted....

"What a fantastic weekend trip!! The home was absolutely amazing!! From the inside/out everything was perfect. We enjoyed our stay so much that we’re already looking to book another stay. "The property was tidy and well equipped for a couple + dogs in need of a break. We really enjoyed morning coffee in the dock and dinner on the picnic table. My husband caught plenty of blue crab for a lovely seafood boil to celebrate our anniversary. The house is minutes from everything SGI has to offer. One of our favorite spots was Regatta Park, a great place to swim dogs and catch stunning sunsets. Ashley was very responsive and highly recommended as a host. Thank you for sharing your home...

"Me and my wife have been there three times and we just booked it again for October. This is our little paradise getaway. The place is always clean and very well maintained every time we go there is some little change that has made to upgraded the place. It has a very nice Outside porch where you can have your coffee and breakfast every morning in the beautiful breeze from the gulf,you go downstairs in the outside porch and you feel like you're in a whole other world, coconuts, wind, chimes, and...

"We had a smooth early check-in. Property manager was great about meeting us in the middle of the night to check in. We had a lot of privacy and space in the house. You didn't feel on top of neighbors. The walk to the beach was super short and easy. The extra kitchen space came in handy for cleaning fish and storing them in a separate fridge. There really is only one shower but it worked fine for us. Very layed back vacation and very enjoyable 🌞"
