"We stayed at the Hilton Vacation Club Desert Retreat after a two week camper van trip through southern Utah. We could not have picked a better place to stay! After dropping off the rental camper van we had a several hour wait until the official check-in time at the hotel. The staff held our bags and we relaxed by the pool until our room was ready. Lucky for us the room that we had originally booked was not immediately available so we were upgraded to a suite, which was very nice (clean, well appointed, quiet, and comfortable). The staff were very responsive and answered all of our questions and were helpful without delay. The next day we had a flight to catch and we were given a late checkout time without any ordeal. The property is clean and safe. The only downside is that it is a long walk to get to any places to eat and we did not have a car. However, it is a quick Uber ride to anywhere that we wanted to go. We will look to book here again the next time we are in town. "
