"Friendly service, clean rooms, and comfortable beds & linens. One of the things that made me consider the room I chose was the "city view" it claimed to have. Unfortunately, it was quite disappointing to find that a huge cooling unit blocked access to the window and ultimately, the view. An additional chair would have been nice (for two). Bathroom amenities were a little beat up but the room was nice otherwise. Would have liked a pamphlet or binder in the room about the hotel amenities and...

"This is a beautiful property! It is very picturesque and relaxing and next to parks. The pool and jacuzzi is wonderful. The units are clean; the staff is nice. It is hard to believe that you are in the San Francisco Bay Area...it feels like a world away with an amazing view and easy access to Oakland and San Francisco (if you have a car or feel comfortable taking public transportation). Food, however, is challenging to get if you don't have a car, so I recommend getting the breakfast package if you stay at the hotel. The breakfast is quite tasty, and the view cannot be beat."
