The room was beautiful and comfortable, but the thing that impressed me the most was the helpfulness and hospitality of the staff. The young man who checked me in was so nice. This morning, I took my bag down to my car. When I returned to my room, I could not find my cat. I looked everywhere and called for him, but he didn’t answer. Finally, I went to the front desk. DeMonica was on duty and she was so kind and helpful. She knew immediately what had happened and helped me find my cat. She really went above and beyond to be of service. I can’t tell you how much her kindness and helpfulness were appreciated. You have a great staff - especially DeMonica."
