"Was nice to experience "

"We arrived late evening and were allocated apartment 1008. After searching, unfortunately, we were not able to find this and went back to the phone in reception and were given a different apartment which was excellent. We looked in daylight but never found 1008."

"We enjoyed our stay. It was nice to have laundry facilities. Bit problematic with only one washer for the whole building. The room was difficult to navigate with sofa bed unfolded. Very tight for a family of four. The linens were nice and was happy to have a Nespresso machine and small kitchen. Bathroom was very small. We were not in the main building. The neighborhood had nice dining options. We enjoyed Luca for pizza. "

"I love how the hotel is close to a few different public transit stops, several places to eat, have a drink, or have coffee, and shops for necessities. The room was spacious and clean and the property management was responsive and fixed the minor issue we had right away. What I didn't like is that the elevator was out of order (they did have someone available to help carry our bags but I have mobility problems), and the locks on the windows were pretty worn out. "Did not meet expectations. The pictures do not match the room which has no view and is in a corridor down in a basement. The pictures are very misleading and I felt cheated. Checked out after 2 hours. The walls are very thin and the molding around the door was not lined so both sound and light get through. As a woman, I felt very unsafe there as I could hear the other guests who were only men talking loudly and playing music. And there was no silence even when it was approaching midnight. It...
