"The Montcalm has the potential to be a beautiful hotel but needs updating to match the rooftop bar. The rooms are currently out of date and poorly thought through- fine to sleep in but not somewhere you'd relax in. The spa was very small and overcrowded and the smell of chlorine traveled through the hotel. The service, however, was polite and helpful and the club drinks spot on. "

"Hotel was clean and well presented. Beds were extremely comfortable. The hotel would have been out of our budget normally but our apartment booking with VRBO did not exist on their site, so they have us a choice of hotels to stay for 1 night. The hotel was much further away from where we thought and the breakfast was not included... So we invited a lot of extras costs. It did feel like the hotel was under occupied.... Like no one in the bar. If I'd been paying for the hotel I would have pointed...
