"The check in system worked very well but extremely poor response to our trying to make dinner reservations. The reservations were to be made at the attached coffee shop but they were more concerned with serving the coffee customers and we were ignored for around 5 minutes- far longer than necessary!"

"The room was comfortable, and I liked that it had a table/chairs in the room. However, parts of the bathroom were a bit worn. Cabinet needs replacing and tub spout pulling away from the wall. "Breakfast" was underwhelming, with only a couple of options. And it was not out yet when I left on the morning of departure. Vending machines did not work for beverages. Staff gave no options. The hotel was ok for the price."
