Super convenient location. Restaurant, cafe, mini store. Anything you need is near this hotel. Room is very big plus a bathroom with bathtub. Decently clean The only down side is there was no window in the room I stayed in :(.

Location is good but the bed had hair inside sheets that they failed to clean a few times even after specific requests. Its slightly renovated but front staff is not high quality staff. Feels almost like its run by a brothel.

There were cracks in the table in the room, they wouldn’t let us turn the ac on. The older guy in the lobby was rude when I asked for scissors to open a package asking me “why?” There were little holes in the walls, not too many but still there. The lock on the door was broken.

I liked that the staff was helpful but i paid for a suite and both times i was placed in a deluxe room. Their photos of the rooms are wrong. The tubs are so compact a woman with big hips will have a hard time. It wasnt bad but i probably wont stay here again

The rooms had a strong cigarette odor. I had booked a suite for the weekend. I had to change rooms 3 times due to lack of cleanliness. The seat cushions were stained by what looks like bodily fluid or white substance from previous tenants.

It was creepy when i stepped out of the elevator on the 2nd floor. You would be facing a cleaner sitting in the room with the door open and she would be staring at you. Everything is dirty, especially the wall. I had to contact Expedia to cancel the reservation and booked another hotel the 2nd day.

Be prepared to be woken up at 7am by noise from construction of an 15 story office building RIGHT next door. Now this wouldnt have been so bad but they shut off the central air conditioning system. Because of the windows of the hotel are south facing it got very hot from the sun to the point I was literally sweating. And because they turned off the AC I had to open windows which let in NOISE and dust from the construction!!! I brought up the issue 3 times to different staff and they did nothing. They blamed the japanese manufacturer of the AC system saying its automated to shut off this time of year and they couldnt do anything about it.. which is COMPLETELY ABSURD. I lived in Korea for over 5 years and it was a lie to save a few dollars on energy costs. If these people had any sympathy and felt sorry about the next door noise pollution they would have immediately turned on the AC as an apology.

It’s a typical ‘love’ hotel renting rooms just for hours to maximize utilization. Found a ‘fresh’ water ring from a cup the table. Stains and tears in the bed sheet… Not controllable AC.

환기가 잘 안되어서인지 방에서 물 비린내 혹은 습한 냄새가 납니다. (담배 냄새 비슷한 것도요!) 영어 가능하다고 했는데, 막상 스테프는 영어를 하지 않았어요. 비지니스 호텔의 느낌은 아닙니다.

Great Hotel
One of my favorite hotels. Nice location and close to Gangnam. But the buttons for cleaning service usually don’t work in the rooms. Need to fix those.

This hotel has the easiest parking and is not very far from the main stores in the Gangnam area and the restaurants and bars of the Sinnonhyeon area (10 -15 minute walks). Couches could use a some deep cleaning and towels need to be replaced (washed too many times), but the stay was comfortable despite those details. I might stay here again because of how easy it was to drive in and check in.

It is ok because the area is close in gangnam, but really is more of a motel. The showers were spacious, room size not bad. However just has a cramped feeling and clealiness cpuld be better.

Consistently delivers - fantastic value for money!
I've stayed at Tria twice now - on the most recent trip for 10 days with my mum. The hotel is located at Yeoksam which is very convenient. Only a few minutes walk to the subway station (line 2) and less than 10 minutes to Gangnam station. Despite being in a busy area, the hotel rooms are very quiet, spacious for Seoul and spotlessly clean with good amenities (including toiletries). There are a bunch of good cafes and eateries around the hotel and a nice alternative to staying in bustling Gangnam. It's my go to place in Seoul now!

Overpriced for what you get.
I decided to try Tria instead of my normal hotel down the street. It was double the price and yes the rooms are a bit bigger, but the rooms are loud from pipes, and even other people walking around or watching TV. So if you plan on you know, sleeping, I would give this place a pass. It was so bad I left at 330am and decided it was better to just lose my money on the room and the breakfast I bought and just drive 3 hours home. Absolute waste of money.
