"The entire staff that I encountered were all professional and kind. The ambiance in the community areas and in the room are Impeccably clean. The beds are comfortable, and I felt safe. The shuttle service from the airport was so convenient, especially since you can catch both the local train into the city or the Eurostar from the airport."

"I like how quiet the room was and the big screen tv. I didn't like that the water was just warm coming from shower, no hot shower. The beds and pillows were not very comfortable after a couple hours of laying on them. I needed an extension cord to use my outlet, but had no cord so couldn't use my fan for sleep."
