"The Hyatt House is a great place to stay! It’s located very close to the T-Mobile Center, and Condados beach. They have a shuttle that runs daily from 9 am to 5:30 pm that takes you to old San Juan, a beach and the T-Miobile Center. Ubers are also readily available during the day and very reasonable. This hotel is super clean. Has a great breakfast and has staff that are very friendly and always ready to help! Will stay again! "

"what I didn't like was the fact that you needed to take the elevator to the pool area. the winding stairs which leads you to the out door pool or back in side the hotel was closed due to the rain. I have claustrophobia. In case of an emergency stair well should always be available. "

"Everything in this hotel is very nice and comfortable except the main bar in the lobby. The bar tenders are a bit rude and not friendly at all which ruin the overall great experience of the hotel. "
