"Arrived in the dark & struggled to open the electric gate – fob in the key safe! The 24-hour WhatsApp didn’t respond for 12-hrs. Villa lovely, although had major issues - electricity blew multiple times/day for 5 days first week. No response from WhatsApp (no number to call) - host was quick with emails. Said to reset meters but wouldn’t work. One night, this stopped working & had electricity only for fridges & fans (few worked). No air con in August was uncomfortable. Asked for additional fans...

"We know Alicante well so knew what we were likely to expect. A really large garden beautifully maintained with multiple social and dining spaces is a very rare commodity. The house lies close to the branch train line and some people might find the noise intrusive. The house is old fashioned, which we liked, but in 7 days we hardly went inside except to sleep. We don't like air conditioning so we didn't mind that there wasn't any. It's really all about the outdoor spaces, and they were like sets...

"This villa is stunning, immaculately clean inside and out and well laid out for an extremely comfortable stay. It is also very well equipped! We were visiting Costa Blanca to look for a future holiday home and the location was perfect, nowhere was too far away. It is only a short distance from the airport, approx 10 mins, but we were not disturbed by air traffic noise at all. Jason was extremely accommodating and helpful, and the villa was fully equipped with all the required facilities and the fridge was very kindly stocked up for our arrival. The villa was based in an amazing location, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone and would go back in a heartbeat! 😊"

"The place is a little bit dated but I was informed by the property manager that improvements are imminent. Came across one or two minor problems but to mention them would be nitpicking. Overall, great looking place, fabulous pool, nice area, (car is essential) and and a very nice place to stay. Children will love it."

"Fabulous villa with excellent communication from Roy, Steve and Simon. There was 16 of us in total with 2 babies, 2 toddlers and 1 child, the rest adults. Plenty of space and bathrooms to choose from, 2 living rooms with tvs and lots of outdoor space with lovely pool/ entertainment. Only let down for us was the weather (but we did go in march) 30 min walk to benidorm beach front which was easy, and taxis cost about 8/12 euro. Would come again but in better weather, but overall cannot fault the...

"Really good stay. If I had one complaint I would say hair-dryer. Having to hold your thumb hard on dryer on to keep it going was very difficult. This is not accessible for all especially with thumbs with arthritis. However my daughter in law also felt it tiresome. We’re not used to having to hold thumbs tight on anything. Coffee in room would be good too. "
