"House very nice though the bathrooms are small and the spiral staircase quite narrow and steep. "Comfortable space close to surf spots and restaurants."

"Property is comfortable, spacious and nicely upgraded. Great location, just a quick walk down to the Pier. Downside - communication with the management company, So Cal Villas, was very poor. 24 hours after vacating the property, which we left in stellar, tidy and clean condition, I have had $499 taken out of my bank account, when Marriot from So Cal confirmed that I had paid the rental amount in full."
