"Superb hotel. Very clean, modern and excellent facilities. Very friendly and helpful staff. Pool, steam room and sauna clean and modern. Paid extra for breakfast which was plentiful and good quality, and comparable price wise for breakfast found locally. Good location. Around 10 minute walk from the train station and a 5 minute walk into the centre. Definitely recommended and would stay again. "

"What a classy old world charm of a place. The ceilings are low so fair warning for anyone taller than 6ft - the details of the bath products and coffee and teas and biscuits in the room, the beds all high quality and so very comfy. Thank you for bringing us joy in the small things. "

"First rate hotel with a unique experience in being able to enjoy the “waters” of Bath within the hotel. Very conveniently located. The air conditioning in the room did not sufficiently cool the room on the 22C days we were there, but the windows opened, which helped."

"This hotel is brilliant! Probably the best value in Bournemouth, with an indoor pool and ample parking ( unlike many in the area!) A very comfortable stay with excellent breakfasts. The staff are all so friendly and helpful, especially Carol at reception and the 2 Polish ladies at breakfast. We were even impressed by the swimming teachers in the pool. I’ll bring my grand-daughter next time!"
