"This property is ideal for a large family group. We had teens at 16 years to their grandparents at 80 and the house worked well for all of us. The property is clean and well presented but still practical so you can relax in it. It was very well set up in terms of equipment and facilities. "Shalimar was perfect, just 10 minutes from the centre of beautiful Salcombe, however, I would not recommend for anyone with disabilities due to the steep hills! The house was clean and comfortable with an abundance of facilities, we would definitely stay again and fully recommend."

"We stayed here for a milestone birthday celebration and it did not disappoint. The property itself had everything you could want and was absolutely beautiful, as well as the balcony view being stunning. We were able to book dinner at the hotel restaurant next door, book yoga on the beach to start the day, have lunch & cocktails in the hotel on the beach and get a short boat ride into town. I would definitely recommend and I can’t wait to go back."

When we arrived the sofa still had some sand on, there are cobwebs in bedroom windows and some kitchen utensils were not too clean. We really enjoyed our stay and felt totally relaxed whilst there.
