"We were a little apprehensive, given its close proximity to Pontins and potential car-parking issues with weekend visitors to the beach. Instead this is a quiet friendly estate with some children playing in the street (no playground as far as we are aware) and occasional dog walkers. "Advertised as a hotel (not Pontins) with an address that didn't match the booking one and lacking many of the basics you'd have in in anything resembling a hotel. One of the worst properties I've stayed in over 4 decades.
