Hi Andrea Meade we don't understand how this is an issue when you called the hotel to cancel and they honored your request to cancel with no penalty for cancellation on the same day due to having covid. Please check in the same email you received your confirmation information, you scroll down and you will get an option to cancel or make changes. All third party have restrictions on the reservation. Hotel notified guest to call or cancel with third party as well so guest doesn't get penalty charge.
