Please just spend the extra 50-100 dollars and stay elsewhere. I thought "I just need a bed how bad can it be" and I was mistaken.

I was not happy with this place at all. There was a dirty towel in the bathroom when I arrived. There was trash on the floor. Could not sleep at night cause the traffic outside was loud even with the window closed. The guy at the front was not pleasant at all. All around this was a bad place to stay and will NEVER stay at this place again. I would not recommend anyone to stay here

My stay was a nightmare. The rooms were very dirty, bath tub was dingy and there was urine stains in the toilet floor. The microwave and refrigerator was exceptionally disgusting, food was stuck to the floor, dust and food remains everywhere in the floor. The nightstand had burnt marks and the drawers had food and remains from the previous occupants. There were food stains in every counter. My bed had no blanket and it was very cold in the room. The heater blew cold air even though it was set at 85 deg F. The television had no signal and occupants were smoking in front of my room. The door to my room had no lock and I used chairs to secure the door. I did not sleep for the 2 night stay. It was unsafe. I brought this to the front desk attention but nothing was done. I need to be compensated with a full refund because It was inhumane and disrespectful. I have never experienced such poor service from a hotel before. The unhygienic environment. Please do something about this. I’m still traumatized. I have several pictures to back my claim.

Not a place to stay. Misleading pictures.
The pictures make it look at lot better than it really is. The lobby is dirty and there is Narcan next to the front desk in case someone overdoses in the motel or near it. That kinda alerted me to where I was staying. The motel listing shows pics of a fitness facility and when I asked about it, the front desk had no idea what I was talking about. The map on the front desk even showed a location for it. And breakfast was non-existent. Definitely a must-miss on any future plans I have. Sketchy would be the word I would use.

Staff was kinda. Room was okay despite there being no privacy lock and there being a gap between the bottom of the door and the door frame. Felt completely unsafe. Did not end up staying at the hotel.

This property has the nicest staff members that are always willing to assist! Josh is an outstanding employee in the Henrietta NY Econolodge...keep up the outstanding and excellent customer service Josh😁. The rooms are well maintained, clean, and I love the bonus of a frig and microwave in every room.

There was no rep at the front desk at checkin. Had to call phone number before someone appeared to check us in. Location is on very busy highway which is very noisy. Internet in unsecured. No breakfast even though the pictures would lead you to think there was.

Very basic. But clean and the bed was very comfortable. Good value I needed a place to sleep near RIT and this serve the purpose. Front Desk was very friendly. Definitely a no-frills place.

Just awful. The bedsheets were stained. The bathroom door was broken. The bathtub was stained/dirty. There were hairs in the towels. The boxspring looked like it was chewed up by animals. There was no hairdryer as advertised. The staff could not provide a different room or give any refund or credit for the second night which we cancelled since it was so bad we had to get out of there. It was so incredibly run down, not maintained, and dirty. The most uncomfortable stay ever.

Probably one of the sketchiest rooms/buildings ive ever seen. This is bad. Tried to use the shower, handle fell off, desk has big burn marks on it, the actual electric door handler doesnt lock or serve any purpose, theres a deadbolt installed but if its unlocked the door can just be pushed open. The furniture is cracked and broken, the hallways are dirty. This is an awful experience. 2 stars is way too much for this run down place. Ive spent the last 30 minutes with a flash light, scanning the bed to make sure theres nothing on it.

The staff were very nice … I wldnt stay here again… Asked for extra pillow they cldnt provide had to go buy some bc there were awful.. My fiancés white sox were black after only a few min of walking on the floors… In a pinch kinda place I guess you wld say… They don’t offer anything extra.. lol
