Easy and quick check-in. The property is close to grocery stores, shopping stores and restaurants. The breakfast is free and very good.

Stayed for 3-nights and was impressed with the hot breakfast and 24 hr snacks and beverages. Very convenient location (huge Wegmans nearby, Whole Foods across the street, Trader Joes, Cheesecake Factory, plenty of shopping). Recommend for a work-trip or a quick stop to enjoy Rochester.

When we got to our room, our toilet wasn't working. The concierge gave us a new room right next door, no hassle. Then I found out that the toilet was fine from our previous room and just the float valve had just gotten stuck. Oh well, still great service.

It was a very disappointing unstay for us. I had made an error on the reservation and we were there a day late. I was just told "Sorry, they already charged your credit card." We decided to drive the 6 hours home. For as much as we have stayed there, I would have at least expected an offer for a discounted room. We have 3 more years at RIT and will be staying somewhere else from now on.

Hello Brenda, We apologize for the first impressions of our hotel, had we known of the scheduling error ahead of time we could have worked with the third party company and negotiated something ahead of time. I have, however, reached out to the third party on your behalf and worked out a 50% reduction in the cancellation fee. You should receive confirmation from them soon. When we arrived to check in, there wasn't anyone at the front desk. I had to yell to see if anyone was even there. There should be a bell or something to alert the staff someone is at the front desk after 6pm.

We have reiterated with our staff the importance of placing our "Stepped away to assist another guest" sign when they leave the front desk. We've also reiterated the importance of carrying our portable phone, and making sure to minimize the length of time gone in the case that they do need to step away.

Was very easy to check in and out. The room was clean amd tidy for all our needs. Really liked that then offered Coffee, tea, hot cocoa for drinks all day and they even let you pick up any fruit or items that they offered for breakfast in the evening.

If only this property were in a quieter location! There's nothing bad you can find about the quality of the rooms or the price or the customer service. There are no complaints that I can even try to come up with. The only problem is that it's on an extremely busy road. If you're taking a right out of the parking lot, you'll probably get where you need to go on time. But it must be impossible to make a left out of there.

Nice property. Great room and fire pit outside. Internet is glitchy. Towels are a little rough and very cheap toilet paper. But it will still be the place I stay next time I am in Rochester!

Great location, everyone is so friendly. The breakfast is so tasty! And they always have freshly baked cookies. Idk what time it starts but when I get there at check-in in the evening. It’s always there and delicious.
