"Very nice hotel , super clean , the staff was very helpful , room was very comfortable. I’d stay again!!"

"I stayed three nights in one room and the fourth night I added last minute I spent in another room. Bedding was clean and comfortable. First bathroom had toothpaste splattered on the wall next to the sink. I found water bugs in the bathroom. It is after all a very old home turned into an inn. The staff were all very nice. I loved the soaps/hair care products. I feel like for the price they could have had more amenities like ice machine, maybe fresh donuts/muffins every morning instead of just weekends. Each building only had a community keurig and water cooler. Main building had fruit sitting out. The second room I stayed in the floor had not been vacuumed. Windows needed washing. I did love that there was a fan in the closet because I didn’t bring one! It was in a safe area close to many things. The property was clean overall, bedding was amazing, great location and nice staff so I would probably stay there again."

"Overall great. The staff checking in was very friendly. Check out staff was good. Entire properly was very nice and clean. Room was great, though the pillows were a little soft and there were water stains on the ceiling in our room. The shower floor was also slippery. The elevators were a little sketchy; they shook and squealed way more than they needed to. Parking was no issue. Good stay, would stay there again."

"The hotel was fairly new, but hadn’t been maintained. The room was OK but very dirty. All the corners needed to be cleaned. The tub needed to be cleaned. There was a lot of hair in spots. I had to wipe down the entire room before I used it. I only stayed one of my two nights because I was so grossed out. It’s an expensive staff was decent locations not bad but the construction is a bit of a pain."

"Very nice hotel showing its sign of age. Elevator was in need of repair - many of lights in the buttons didn’t work, most importantly, the ground floor or number one. The elevator would also pause for what seemed a very long time maybe 20 seconds after reaching his floor before the door open. On the first few times using it it was very unnerving. The public areas were very clean with very upscale furniture throughout the lobby area. There was a massive outdoor garden with seating that I’m sure they use for special events. It’s an old hotel in a very upscale area that just needs some updating. Interestingly enough, the door to my room on the eighth floor did not have a deadbolt or a device like a chain or a bar to keep someone from getting in if they got past the door locked. I haven’t noticed that in recent memory."
