"My husband and I stayed here for the first time. An absolutely loved it. We had a room with a balcony, on the second floor overlooking the water. We loved sitting out there, drinking our coffee and watching the river. The garden below is also very beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was great and the room was very clean. The front desk very helpful and friendly, both when checking in and checking out"

"The location is perfect right on the river with a great view from all windows. There are day trip opportunities near by the Mt St. Helens Visitor center, small town Kalama and McMenimans w/rec area. Even an in town Woodland Thai restaurant was good ( Mai Thai). The room was spacious with everything you need with a retro feel. "The Lewis River flows by just outside the door of this marvelous house. The well-stocked kitchen (condiments! Sharp knives! Toaster!) was super nice to use, and stores are a short drive away in Woodland. The homemade salmon dip was amazing! The hosts were friendly and helpful and stayed out of our hair once we checked in. Highly rec."
