"Friendly and accommodating staff, I was late booking our dinner but get accomodated, good food. Small but charming, beautiful and sustainable vegetable garden. Rooms are small so is the bathroom, XL size person may have challenges using the bathroom. I understand that these type of accomodation caters for hikers so our room have hiker's feet smell which you get used after a while. "

"One of the best properties I’ve stayed in. The view, the rooms, the staff with an inclusive breakfast - all it hit it just right. Transportation was very easy - there is a bus plying every hour to and fro Interlaken until 7:04pm. Collect the cards from front office to ride this bus for free. Other issue was that when the restaurant was closed after hours I couldn't find a vending machine or even a water fountain. It can be annoying since most of the nearby stores close around 6 pm. "

"We are family of 9, got 2 rooms with 2 bedrooms each. Spacious, clean, quiet and the full kitchen was very convenient. The view on the terrace was amazing. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Luggage storage was available for us. One thing, no available guest service after 9 so be mindful not to misplace your key cards. It happened to us, luckily we had another room to spend the night. But otherwise everything was great and we would come back again."

"the hotel is nice and clean, it is located up in the mountain overviewing the lake. we got the duplex on two floors apartment for the 4 of us. the size of the apartment is ok. breakfast was very good with a lot of variety of choices, you can even ask for more choices that are not on the buffet.
