Staff was friendly, informative, and let us store our luggage when we arrived early before check in and when we left later after check out. "Did not like the fact there was not a shuttle or car service to the train station. It was quite a walk up and down a very steep hill. Would have preferred options for lunch and dinner. We had to walk to other hotels for lunch and dinner. The scenery was beautiful but it was at a cost. A taxi was roughly $25 francs one way to the train station. "
