"The staff at Movenpick went out of their way to look after us. They were very friendly and polite. The food was nice and organic. Ms Nada always offered a warm welcome at the restaurant entrance. Mr Ahmad and Mr Marvan made special drinks for us at the lobby bar. Many Mr Mohamads also did their best. The hotel building has aged a bit and some facilities need to be fixed but there seems to be a renovation program in place. Will definetly visit again ! "

"I arrived around 6 pm but the room was not ready. The receptionist tried to bully me into going to dinner first to cover the fact that the room was not ready. When I asked why the room was not ready the manager came and offered a room upgrade. The upgraded room was lousy and I can not imagine what would the original room would be like. The next morning I wanted to go to the beach. I saw the listed shuttle schedule and I timed my self to catch the 9;30am shuttle. I got there a few minutes early and asked one of the employees if this is the shuttle going to beach and he confirmed. When I arrived at the beach I was refused entry because I did not have a ticket. No body mentioned that I need to get a ticket to enter the beach. I took a look at the beach and was not worth going to any way. Too many security guys interrogating any body who look non European. The reception area is tiny with malfunctioning currency change machine. Food of average quality but most of the guests are the kind of tourists who look like they never seen food before and who never miss a meal. "

"Not as it is shown in the pictures at all Nothing in the room and you have to ask for every thing and wait for it for minimum 20 minutes. Not clean at all, dusty like if there was a dessert storm in the room. I’ve never experienced this around the world before "

"Probably the best hotel to stay at here. Hotel A/C was so nice and cold after a long and hot day at the beach. The bed is comfy, bathroom is very nice. Food is delicious. I don’t know how they make their fries but they are the best fries I’ve ever had. Also the club sandwich from the room service menu is addicting and I ate it almost daily because it’s so good. The hotel lobby is fabulous and the pool is so nice. I’d choose this over the four seasons any day. The walk to the Naama Bay shopping area is kind of long especially in the heat, but taxis are cheap. The beach is so nice and there were even some colorful fish swimming around us there. They clean your room daily and they do an amazing job. The staff is so friendly and go above and beyond for guests. Hotel has stores inside for sunscreen and any other needs which is super convenient. Definitely recommend staying on the beach side of the hotel. I originally didn’t know there were two buildings and ended up upgrading upon arrival which was definitely worth it. Naama Bay Promenade, I love you and your amazing employees <3 Definitely my first pick when I come back. "
