"Novotel has a bright atmosphere that positively welcomes tired travellers in transit . The shuttle bus is a plus which drops the passengers 10 min to the hotel. All in , Novotel is a good deal."

"The hotel is pretty much in an industrial isolated area. There is nothing good about other than perhaps if you are planning to stay one night only. The internet did not work. Staff could not communicate and language was a huge barrier. They did try with their translation app but it really didn’t do justice. Thumbs up for their effortsZ "

"Ich werde das Hotel wieder buchen, besonders wegen des aussergewöhnlich freundlichem Personal. Alles was man kurzfristig braucht liegt fussläufig. Raucher bitte obere Etagen buchen, leider ist Rauchen erlaubt. Das WLAN muss besser werden, kein TV im Zimmer möglich kein Empfang. Wäre sowieso in chinesisch gewesen, aber WIFi ist ein Muss ! Auch in der Lobby ist das WLAN schwach und langsam. Vielen Dank und bis bald 🙋‍♀️"
