I enjoyed the cheerful staff. The hotel has a unique charm to it. It is a great location for getting around Provo. The pool was small, but relaxing. The breakfast was adequate, even offered eggs and breakfast meats, but not fancy. The room was very comfortable. I will stay there again next time I'm in town. I really liked it and thought it was a great value.
We stayed at the Hampton Inn while in Provo for a graduation. We arrived well before check-in time having left our home at 4:00 AM for an early flight. We were hoping to shower before the graduation ceremonies and were very happy they were able to accommodate us. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. We have had problems at other hotels on prior stays with noisy neighbors, but we were very happy with the noise level here. The breakfast offered a nice variety of hot and cold foods and we enjoyed having hot beverages available throughout the day. My daughter forgot her contact lens case and they had one available for purchase along with other incidentals, snacks and beverages. We were within 10 minutes of BYU campus, close to restaurants and convenient to the freeway. We will stay here again.
Hubby and I were looking for a one-night stay near Salt Lake City so as to shorten the time to go to the airport after spending several days in southern UT. We were glad to have found this hotel. The price is right and it's much nicer and cost much less than the motels we stayed near Zion and Bryce. The experience was night and day. It felt like we returned to civilization when we entered our room at this hotel. The wifi works and breakfast in the attached restaurant was great. Although it's a bit far off the highway, it's worth the extra minutes.
we just stayed one night but when I go back to see me brother who has cancer next month I will choose you guys,, the people at the front desk helped me so much with directions and a good place to eat,,thanks so much,, breakfast was okay, not a bad selection but maybe more,,no complaining
Wonderful people very accomidating. Gave great referrals to restraunts in the area.
Rooms were very clean and welcoming. Looked like everything has just been remodeled. Only down side there us no elevator so make sure to request bottom floor if disabled.

Stay at this 100% non-smoking Springville, Utah hotel located off Interstate 15 near Provo City Center, Brigham Young …More
We have stayed at this Hampton Inn before. We like the location because it is near where our family lives. We also like the breakfast choices and the quality of the food offered. The service is very good including the business office for using the computers to print our airline boarding passes for our flight home.
We had a difficult time finding the hotel because the freeway exits skip some numbers in that area. Arrived at the wrong La Quinta, but a very helpful clerk gave us directions to the correct one. The hotel we stayed in is very clean and quiet, and the staff was very friendly and efficient. The breakfast service was very complete and plentiful, and was a nice surprise.
*For these trips, trip savings is at least equal to the cost of the flight or hotel if booked separately. Note: For trips including flights, you will be charged by the airline for the flight, but your savings on the trip will equal the cost of the flight.
