"Elevator was out and desk clerk didn't tell us at check-in. He didn't give any information such as how the wifi works or even where our room was located and best way to access it. I had to ask. As a front desk agent myself, his lack of hospitality was appalling. The room and bathroom was smaller than expected, but clean and adequate for an overnight stay. The bed was very comfortable and the AC worked great!"

Towels in a pile, blankets on the bed, garbage all picked up and put in the bin. Nothing left laying around and they wont give us back the deposit. The site said they had breakfast, hot tub, and a pool. There was no breakfast, hot tub, or pool and the staff was very rude in letting us know it. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone regardless of price because they double it in their refundable fees they dont return to you."

"The room was a little dirty. Found a paper plate with syrup upside down under the chair. The blow dryer was barely hanging on the wall. Toilet seat very loose and the sink handle as well. It was good enough for just one night to sleep and then get back on the road. We would not go back."
