Seaside Serenity on the Sound
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (1)
"The apartment was cute, the bed was very comfortable, and the view was amazing. Fishing access and hot tub on property were an added bonus. The kitchen utensils were lacking, but can be easily improved by adding a wider variety to include steak knives."

"The Bungalow is well laid out, spacious, well furnished and in a fantastic location for exploring Edenton. The furniture is comfortable and the kitchen has everything we needed to be able to eat some of our meals at home. We enjoyed the little screened in porch, too. East of Edenton! Romantic sunset waterfront getaway on the Albemarle Sound!
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (31)
"You can't beat the view of the Albemarle sound from the living room and brand new dock below. Watched eagles catch their dinner right off the dock and my husband caught quite a few catfish himself. Bed and couch were comfortable. Got lucky with sunset one evening and words cannot describe the beauty. Edenton is quite charming. Downtown Roots made a mean Cuban sandwich and 309 Bistro & Spirits was wonderful! We day tripped to Elizabeth City (Museum of the Albemarle) and Fort Raleigh and Manteo...

The little cabin on the mountainside
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (183)
"This cabin was exactly what I was wanting. It's very cute and cozy. The beds are very comfy and clean. The outside was also very clean and the pier was very cute. We got to meet the neighborhood fat cat and he is very friendly. Fire pit was great. The only thing it was lacking was clear instructions on what the check out instructions were but we did clean up our mess and left it clean. The drive into Edenton was about 20 min. And wasn't a bad drive but if you are wanting to drive back and forth...

Southern Porch Charmer - Walk to Downtown Main Street and Waterfront!
9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (15)
"Easy to walk to downtown and a large number of historic properties from this location. The cottage is well kept, clean, and convenient. Accurate description of sleeping arrangements. Only caveat- like most houses of this age, HVAC is an issue. The upstairs bedrooms have on-wall units (not in-wall, on-wall) that blow cold air, and that helps cool, and multiple fans are provided in closets. But it could still most likely get pretty warm in summer, upstairs. Max temp during our stay was...

"This property is beautifully renovated and is a perfect location to enjoy edenton and all it has to offer. We used it mostly as an extension to sleep in as my parents live in the area and we were all home for the holidays. The king bed was the only one slept in as we had pack n plays for our kids and the bed was comfy although a little squeaky! The other rooms had plenty of room for the pack n plays and there were tubs to bathe the kids in too. The host was WONDERFUL to work with as we had a...

Fantastic WATERFRONT house with BEAUTIFUL VIEWS OF THE ALBEMARLE SOUND. Relaxing
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (8)
"The pictures did not do this home justice as this home was absolutely beautiful, relaxing, and peaceful. Great views, quiet area, and easy to get too. Not to mention to beautiful view of the sound. Our family of 6 was visiting family near by and we wanted to share stories of my late father. We couldn't have asked for a better place. We had an outstanding communication with the owner and the manager during our stay and their recommendations of places to eat and see were on point. Thank you to...

Edenton Historic District, Walk downtown, Dogs welcome!
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (25)
"What a fantastic stay in a lovely home. Our family came to Edenton after my graduation and we had such a lovely time. The historical home, well restored, and the games. I stayed in the cottage while everyone stayed in the main house. We appreciated your flexibility in letting us stay for a couple more hours, which allowed my family who needed to finish work to do so. And the quick responses to questions was fantastic. Thank you for sharing your lively home."
