This property was beautiful and very well decorated/renovated. My son and I really enjoyed staying here. Location was perfect too. Probably one of the cleaniest places we have ever stayed in.
We had a great stay and had everything we needed. It was a quiet and peaceful location and walking distance from anything we wanted to do around town. We spent most of our time out and about exploring the cute town, historic housing and sound views. Cassandra was very responsive and her home was perfect for the low-key girls' getaway that we were looking for.
The property was in a great location and in very good condition. It had nice appliances, everything required for a pleasant stay. The sleeping quarters were very comfortable as was the entire house.I would gladly stay again.
Property as described, great home and location, all updated and modern features. Great location, walking distance to all the stuff you want to see in Edenton. Will stay again.
This was the perfect choice for a quick overnight trip. The house was immaculate and well appointed. Very close to downtown, easy access to the waterfront and restaurants. We had a great and look forward to staying again in the future!

Quaint charming property. It was close to all the historical areas. Everything was furnished including coffee and some snacks. If I'm ever in the area again I will definitely be staying there.
This Airbnb was immaculate and comfortable. We didn’t want for anything. It is nestled in a very historic town with many beautiful old homes from the 1700’s and is easily walkable. We were pleasantly surprised and enjoyed our stay very much.
This is a cute little bungalow. It had everthing for a week of relaxation. Great location! Just a short drive or walk to all the fun things Edenton has to offer. My friend and I enjoyed our time and would definitely recommend.
We visit my grandmother in Edenton 1 to 2 times a year and my family is too big to stay at her house anymore. This was perfect my two smaller kids and my husband & I. We were not there much but when we were, we were comfortable.

It was comfortable. Beds were very comfy...We slept like
bears...! All possible kitchen ware was available..
Took us 24hrs to figure out the TV...need a few more
directions on getting it to go online...we are OLD!
The front porch floor could use a sanding and a new coat of paint. We are gardeners ...so a bit more work on the front beds would perk up the curb appeal.
A friend and I met in Edenton for a 3-day vacation. This property is in a neighborhood an easy walk to the historic area and the waterfront. Once we'd arrived, neither of us needed a car because we could walk everywhere.
We enjoyed eating breakfast on the front porch where we admired the flowers in the yard. There is also seating in the back yard.
One thing we hadn't realized was that one bedroom is a primary suite which includes the only bathroom. Other guests have to walk through the main bedroom to access the bathroom. This was fine during the day but something to know if the guest in the other bedroom needs to use the bathroom during the night and the people using the primary bedroom are light sleepers. The beds are comfortable and there is good lighting throughout the house.
The owner included brochures of local places and a map of the town which was helpful, especially the first day.
Edenton is a beautifully cared for historic town and we really enjoyed our stay. We would stay here again.
I loved this house. It was impeccably clean, updated nicely and well stocked with whatever you may need. I tend to bring a lot of kitchen items with me just in case supplies etc. are lacking. This was not necessary. It's a great location in Edenton as well. Everything is so close and it's very quiet. I had zero problems. Enjoyed the front porch and it was great having a washer and dryer. I added 2 nights to my stay for a total of 7 and was happy I did. I would not hesitate to rent from Cassandra again. She is very pleasant and responsive to questions. The keyless entry was a bonus. This is a small house...but great for 2 to 4 people. And for the same price (or less) than a hotel or room at an inn, you have space to spread out, cook if you like, and privacy, close to town. Rent it. You’ll be happy you did.
