"Hotel rooms and staff were amazing, room coukd have been q tint but more clean is my only note, shower was dirty, as was the floor qnd the area sourounding the beds. There was chewing gum stuck to the underside of the ladder for the bubk bed that i was eye level with in the morning, when i woke up. Maybe it's a Glasgow (or Scotland) thing for new construction. It made the bathroom a little awkward. But if it makes life easier for someone with a disability, I'm all for it.
