The house was steps from the beach and was very private. Even at high tide there was room to walk on the beach. The house was even better in person. Very secure. "This place is really nice! Super clean, packed with everything you need! Beautiful view - somewhat obstructed by other residences. Patio is awesome - so peaceful to have morning coffee and listen to the ocean. One drawback, the location is still under construction but it is not too loud, but still there!
