"After reading reviews, I identified reoccurring happiness based on cleanliness, comfort, affordability, environment, and location. Let me say, reviews are true. Distance to the beach, less than five minute walk. Comfort is top notch, well more than a “crash spot”. Environment is peaceful, we spent all day in Pismo doing the tourist thing, being two blocks from the epicenter felt relaxing. Our room was very clean, felt comfortable and at ease immediately. Parking a vehicle is not a worry, ice machine located near office helped replenish ice lost during day time. Great place, do not hesitate or compare to property’s near Splash/Panchos. Definitely will book again. "
