"The hotel was a short walk from Pimlico underground. The guys on reception couldn't do enough for us. Rooms were really nice with plenty of tea and coffee. Ensuite was perfect and bed was comfy. Nice choice for breakfast and freshly made. Only downside ... we were on the top floor and there isn't a lift ... about 12 flights of stairs and it nearly killed me!!! "

"Very nice boutique hotel. Arrived at the end of a very long flight from the US. Our room was not ready so they allowed us to store our luggage in the lobby next to the check in area. They have a few Lobby toilets (as they say in London - bathrooms in the US) that we were able to lightly freshen up. The location is very close to the underground transit and many other sights. The hotel has a breakfast buffet you can purchase that was good. My only recommendation to the hotel would be to add...
