Book a Petoskey Cottage

"We come to this area multiple times a year for rock hunting,hiking, etc. We have been by this house hundreds of times and when we found out we could actually stay here we jumped on it. This was a weekend for the peak of the Eta Aquariids meteor shower and our normal outings. Had awsome sunset and 1 night of clear skys. Walked across the street and did some rock hunting. Grandson tested the water and he also had a blast even shivering! No reservations about recommending or renting this place...

"Architectural wonder was Half House. Low ceilings, narrow hallway & a secret bedroom that relieved us thinking we’d be sharing the bed. The pathway to the house is challenging for those with mobility issues . The view of Lake Michigan sunsets were spectacular! A GREAT location in Charlivoix"

"It was my first time in Petoskey, it’s a beautiful town and the location of the cottage was perfect. Beautiful scenery, quiet and relaxing. The cottage was a little worn and not very clean. The carpets were stained and the back door screen was torn. But the location and scenery made up for it. Will definitely stay again."

"This is the perfect property. You are located in a quaint settlement, yet close enough to the fun. The hosts have thought of everything! Need to wash clothes? Toss them in the HE washer because soap has been provided. Need to sleep with the fan? There are extras in the storage closet. And the Murphy Bed is the coolest contraption ever! The kitchen is a nice size with a full sized fridge, stove, microwave, and dining table. And it is clean and smells great. You cannot go wrong!"

"The location was perfect for skiing at Nubs Nob and a short drive into Petoskey. The house had plenty of space for everyone, well appointed kitchen, beautifully decorated and very comfortable all around. Would highly reccomend, we very much enjoyed our stay. 10/10"

"This cottage is well appointed and very well cared for. I found several nice little touches left by the host. The home is in a very quite neighborhood and super close to Lake Michigan. We stayed for a ski trip, but can't wait to return in the summer time."

"Modernized. Clean. Comfortable beds/furniture. Clarify ‘directions’. Name of road not on any street signs. Actually is the highway (add that info!). Drove by x 2 looking for crossroad; property drive RIGHT OFF (two line) highway. Much traffic noise, daytime. Good restaurant across street. Group of cabins on pretty inland lake. One property building is ‘fish cleaning house’, so must be good fishing, here. 🐟"

"We had a wonderful stay. Everything was just as advertised. The home is clean and beautiful. The only suggestion I would make would be to upgrade the Wi-Fi. The internet was very slow throughout our stay. Other than that our stay was outstanding."

The property managers were very attentive, both before and during our stay. They provided a few items that we asked about before we arrived, and the house was stocked with plenty of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, and laundry detergent. "100% attractively and thoughtfully renovated, only evidence of house’s age was stairs to bedrooms that are a bit steep and ceiling a bit low at top for 6’2” husband. We are 70 and it worked fine. Spotless new bathrooms and comfortable beds. The location 2 blocks from bike path was perfect. Convenient location,about 10 minutes to skiing, beach, and downtown Petoskey."
