"Room was booked for three people but only two towels were provided. No soap for the bathroom sink. Bath mat was extremely dirty. Not a sufficient amount of toilet paper provided. We had to go buy some from a nearby store. Room was very heavily perfumed on arrival. Great for a quick stay to get to and from the airport but wouldn’t spend more time at this property "

"I love the cleanliness of the place and the water pressure of the shower which you can hardly find in settings like this. However, they need to put up blackout curtains because the place is too bright considering its a corner unit with extra window. Some people like to stay in bed late or sleep during the daytime. I also like that it's a walking distance the mall and church. Numerous convenience stores can be found downstairs. I'll probably book this place again in the future."

"I stayed 2 weeks and it literally was home away from home for me. Very easy to get a hold of the unit owner and manager as well being located in a prime location facing Roxas Boulevard. Will definitely be booking again!"

The host communicated timely & accurate info & accommodated an early check-in due to my early flight arrival which was much appreciated. I enjoyed my stay & will definitely book this unit again!"

"Noli was very helpful in getting through the minor issues that popped up. Initially wifi wasnt fully working and Noli was able to help us get it working within two hours. Helped us in person for pool access and was flexible in our checkin and checkout times. Made the trip very enjoyable for family."

"Grace's place is one of the nicest, best-located, and most valuable of all the places we have stayed. The place was very clean, and modern, had everything we needed to feel at home and was an easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see. Also close to a big supermarket which was handy, and a few steps to dozens of restaurants and cafes. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful condo unit. The disappointment for me was that it's not a hotel or even a guest house, nobody was expecting me and I had to find correct apartment block & then ask around thinking I'd been ripped off for about 20 minutes then wait around another 20 minutes for a caretaker to let me in.
