Good place to stay

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The location was convenient. Check-in instructions were a little confusing, but the property manager was very responsive to questions and requests.

We have rented this condo before and it seems like they have never fixed the issues that it had the last time we were here. When it rains, the roof leaks in the kitchen and bathroom. Sheets were previously slept in, cabinet in kitchen is broken. We had a late check in, security/front desk handled with no issues. Maintenance will not come in to fix the leaks, so we will do our best to dry the floors before we leave. If the owners will put in a little work on this unit it would be nice. It is in a great area, close to restaurants and the airport. Not dissatisfied, but we know our stay could be better.

In my opinion, don't waste your time with this property, Communication is for. Details of listing are misleading. Exterior property very nice and clean. Room itself needs a lot of work. Stove top cooker did not work. Smalls do burner electric. Was replaced with a single burner. The microwave supplied was broken on arrival. Was replaced with a smaller unit and had to be placed on the table would not fit on top of the refrigerator out of the way. Cord was too short. The bed was excellent. I would not and will not revisit this property in the future when I return

This is an apartelle, so there are no “hotel amenities” or related services. However, One Palm Tree Villas exceeded our expectations for location, neighborhood, and transportation. NAIA Terminal 3 is only about a 300 meter walk away, via the terminal’s connecting bridge. Major hotels and chain restaurants are about 50 to 100 meters’ walk. The parking garage is an additional 400 pesos per day, but well worth it. The swimming pool looks good, too. Room has a useful kitchenette for simple meals. It’s quiet, you would never know you are a half block from a major city street and international airport. Don’t expect much on TV channels. If you drive, it’s easy access to Manila’s Skyway. It’s highly recommend that you print out the receipt/paperwork that the property emails to you. Being an apartelle, the front desk is kind of a third-party. Friendly and accommodating, but they need to see what the owner communicated to you. Have copies of the property owner’s docs and phone contact. The process is kind of informal, but friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again. Very convenient for airport meets or departures.

The room was dirty, sheets were dirty and stained! Took over an hour just to check into my room, and the front desk staff are no help at all! Absolutely terrible place and I would recommend no one ever stay here!!

Even booking was made well in advance my arrival came as surprice and I was directed to another wrong building. From here I was sent back. Waiting, waiting. Get key in box in basement. In room wifi is not working. Microwave is not working. Last thing you want when arriving from long travel.

The property does not look good as pictured on the website. It’s deceiving. The property was not well maintained. Chairs legs were broken. Cleaning materials like smelly mop behind a curtain. Location is good, but I will not stay at this condo again.

Looked like we were staying in some guys apartment. One of the towels had a booger on it. Thankfully we found the extra towels and sheets…. AC worked but took a while to cool the place down. We literally just stayed for a layover but next time I’m spending the extra money and staying in a hotel. It made my wife unhappy.

Much smoother transaction if you reserve the room a day in advance. If you try to do last minute and just go there directly it takes a while to the info to get to the guards and desk clerk. This time I reserved a day in advance and had zero problems. Clean room, decent shower if a bit small, good experience overall.
