"Online showed what I would call an old photo Lounge chairs and chairs and umbrellas not set up for you. Sign them out and then walk 200 yards to beach carrying all your belongings. They are not like the picture. Room and hotel very clean. Great workers. The pool and bar both underwhelming. Bartender was great."

"Condo was as advertised. Easy to access, great location, beautiful view off back porch, quiet and clean. There was a couple of slight mis cues by the (only 1 trash bag and only 1 roll of TP). Its funny because that has happened before with us at a VRBO rental. Seems all owners are chincy with TP and trash bags, go figure. Would go back to this condo for sure"

"The old Florida cottage was old Florida. It was clean with history and very friendly property management. I grew up in this area and this is what vacation was before all the resorts cluttered the beach. I mis booked our cottage and the manager met me and fixed it without argument. Close to the beach and far enough from south beach that you had some peaceful time off. Would definitely go back and have already recommended to several friends and family."

"Very decent property. Pleasant esthetic, large pool plus separate 'infinity pool overlooking water. Didn't like the mandatory "amenity fee" $38/day. This was not made clear at booking and comes off as bold face rip-off since the package is nonrefundable. This may be a common practice but we were not aware of it until checkin. It did include parking which did appear in line with other properties in the area. Also included a pass to a water park which was fun."
