"Make sure you don’t mess up on your dates. They will not refund you even if you reach out weeks ahead and when you arrive that you will be leaving early. Even a day early. The balconies are slim and can’t put a chair straight on the 6th floor but the view is incredible. It has character due to its age but they are updating it. Pool is not heated and whirlpool is mediocre. But the benefits of the area outweigh all the negative. Have stayed here multiple times without any problems. Lots of fun...

"Comparing it to the listing it met every aspect. It’s about a 10 min walk to the beach and a 15 min walk in total to the ocean because the sand bank is deep and beautiful. For what it is I’d give it 5 stars but due to small details like need cosmetic repairing I rated the stay a 4. It was worth the price and great communication with management."

"This is a tough one to review. I want to say first the Island Inn Beach Resort itself deserves a high rating. Perfect location, great beach, nice pool, tiki bar, grills to use, volleyball, etc. I would stay here again. But NOT in Room 316. All rooms are individually owned. I was there with friends and their rooms were very nice. Room 316 was dirty, rundown, outdated, and in need of updates. (The view was beautiful). Everything else here besides that particular room is wonderful. "

"The Bungalows are a gem! Place was perfect for our family of 4 which included 2 - 20 year olds! Staff was super friendly, we felt very safe and the beach was right across the street. The heated pool was a bonus! John's Pass is in walking distance. Perfect location! Highly recommend!"
