"Deshaun the manager at the hotel was amazing! The entire staff went out of their way to help us with our two elderly parents 91 and 94 both in wheelchairs to make our stay easy and comfortable. I would highly recommend them for their kindness and generosity while we were there. They even recognized my husband's service in the military so thoughtfully. Great hotel and staff! Would definately stay again. "

"The room was welcoming and well presented. The bed was comfortable. I also loved the radio on the night stand: I have not experienced something like that in such a long time. Overall I was very satisfied with my stay at Hotel Lucia. I paid more than double the price for crappier places during my trip."

"Loved the location and proximity to the Schnitzer concert hall. Check-in was easy, the property was beautiful. The room was spacious and well appointed. Dining and drink options on-site were wonderful and it was very convenient to be able to charge to the room. I will definitely return. The only thing that was a minor inconvenience during our stay was how long it took valet to retrieve our car upon check out, which wasn’t a huge deal, but set us back on our travel time. "

"Hotel is great. Clean and excellent staff. Wasn’t aware they didn’t have a store for basic essentials or snacks until I saw a sign on counter. Not the safest to go to local CVS walking at night. Daytime is safer. Temp housing in the rear of hotel attracts PEH to be around at night. Self Parking next to hotel is great. "
