"The house is large, clean and has a wonderful kitchen! The views of the ocean are stunning and unobstructed. You cannot walk directly to the beach from the house- it is a good 80 ft above the beach on a steep embankment. Beach access is down the street a few blocks- about a 10 minute walk. It was wonderful, but it wasn’t clear to me the beach front listing is different than beach front access. We would stay here again! Perfect for 5 adults (2 couples and 1 single) sharing a house!"

"This was our 2nd stay and it was again, so wonderful and relaxing. We had rainy weather and still was able to de-stress and spend time together. The pool table is always a hit! It is well used. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and dishes and everything in between- just add food! The covered deck was awesome! You could spread out and be outside and stay dry out of the rain - if we wanted to. Wonderful communication with the owner who is simply charming.! Absoltely perfect!"

"The views from the deck absolutely cannot be beat. The house itself had great charm - almost a cabin on the ocean vibe. The house is very well stocked with all you would ever need! The path to the beach was indeed challenging due to recent runoff. Additionally, parking was pretty limited. All in all, a great place! We hope to return!"

"The property is absolutely charming! When you pull up you feel immediately welcome. The yard is perfectly maintained and beautiful. The cute little cottage was perfect for our needs, just big enough for us. We had enough room when my daughter - whom we came to visit - had plenty of room with her friend to come hang out and play games. The only bummer I have to point out is the lack of fencing. I saw the fences in the pictures and never realized that they do not connect to the house. I thought...

"This was our 1st trip to Oregon and we really enjoyed Lincoln City. The views from the house were spectacular! The house was very clean and we all slept great!"

"We enjoyed our stay, we did have to clean the hot tub, it didnt have any clorine and the water was green with algae. There was no laundry soap and bleach. The house was nice, it was big. The kiddos loved the gaming room, pacman was fun. They also enjoyed ping pong. The toilet in the master bedroom was hard to flush. I also had to clean under the oven in the warming rack. There was a lot of crumbs. Just minor cleaning things, other then that we enjoyed the house. We appreciated the close access...

"Got off to a bit of a rough start when they wouldn't let us check in until after 6 pm. Not what you want when you've been driving all day and the shops in town close at 5pm. But after that, it was a wonderful vacation. Plenty of room in the house. A beautiful location. The view from the dining room was breath taking.
