"The hotel is very nice and quite charming. Staff was great and the suite was quite spacious. The only issue was inability to properly regulate the room temperature, which was either too cold or too warm, and a less than comfortable pillow. "This really is a beautiful property. I will say, it was very busy with multiple parties occurring simultaneously. It seemed that the staff was stretched thin, and focused on the events rather than the guests. The spa was wonderful and so were the misuses.
