Very friendly and helpful who ordered us a very good well priced up market takeaway. She also ordered a taxi for our 0600 flight for E20. "Hotel Torino was perfect. Clean and simple with friendly, helpful staff and great coffee. Everything worked. On arrival, late in the evening, I asked for hot water - it was provided. I asked for help with my heavy case - it was provided. They were happy for me to leave my bag for a few hours after I checked out. The room was basic, but very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend and will stay here again. Thank you. "

"Great modern apartment, huge sunny balcony, excellent location close to many bars and restaurants. The breakfast was lovely with a choice of sweet or savoury. The outdoor pool doesn’t open until 1st May but that wasn’t an issue for us. The hotel shuttle was really efficient and only took 10 mins to get to the apartment. Alessandro was really helpful."

"The room was very good (we were given an upgrade.) it had tall ceilings , was spacious, modern decor, comfortable bed, a fridge to keep you own water cool, decent air con, a massive bathroom with rainfall shower. The staff also made it possible for us to store luggage for an hour or two after checkout which was helpful. The only points for improvement would be the check in times extended to start at 3pm. "

I found it a bit difficult to get to a downtown restaurant .. due to limited parking down Brindisi. Perhaps, taking public transportation would be a better idea? Antonello had several sufgestions for restaurants; he was very helpful!"
