"The facilities were great, cleanliness perfect, reception and restaurant staff weren’t as good. Reception staff is expected a smile and explain necessary information about hotel when check in, but we didn’t receive any and when asked , were responded unwillingly. Restaurant staff kept taking away plates when we were eating and as soon as they were empty from the table as if they wanted us to leave quickly."
